The Havelock City Project, well known locally for its Asia Pacific Property Awards, is one of the largest and most expensive multi-purpose real-estate development projects in the world, being constructed in the Havelock Town region of Sri Lanka. The project will consist of ten individual towers:〔(Havelock City at ECADI )〕 * Tower 1 – 22 floors (also called ''Park Tower'') * Tower 2 – 22 floors (also called ''Elibank Tower'') * Tower 3 – 22 floors (also called "Layards Tower") * Tower 4 – 22 floors (also called "Davidson Tower") * Tower 5 – 27 floors * Tower 6 – 27 floors * Tower 7 – 29 floors * Tower 8 – 29 floors * Tower 9 – ?? floors * Tower 10 – ?? floors Towers 1 to 8 are known as the Residential Component, and Towers 9 and 10 are known as the Commercial Component. The Residential Component is divided into four phases, each consisting of the construction of two identical twin towers. As of December 2012, the first phase, consisting of the first two towers was complete and the second phase consisting of the next two towers was under construction. This phase, were scheduled to be complete and open to residents in mid-2014, Test piling for the mall and office towers has been completed but construction has not commenced yet. Ltd'' (also abbreviated as ECADI), and The Design Group Five International (Pvt) Ltd of Sri Lanka.
